Day 20- Shoes you love but hardly wear

Asos

So you saw these in my Day 19 post. I have never stepped foot outside the house in these shoes just because they are the most uncomfortable weapons of torture disguised as shoes I have ever worn. I put them on for 5 mins and my feet start to recoil inside the shoe, they are hard on the base of your feet because of the wooden sole. I don't even think party feet can help me in this one. Its such a shame because I LOVE THEM.
When I saw them online I instantly fell in love, I stalked them for weeks until they finally went in the sale where I got them for a cool £30.
As soon as they arrived at my door and I tried it on I knew that it wouldn't work for me, but somehow in a moment of madness I convinced myself it was possible to train my feet to love being in them. Well I failed big time lol and now every so often I dust them off and prance around in them for a whole 5 mins (that's my limit) hoping that my feet will warm to them, I 'm still waiting for that union. So maybe I might give them away (maybe) Thanks for reading. XOXO

Shoe Heaven- Wedges

All of the above are from Office

New Look
I love wedges! Especially since heels are not really my thing, wedges will always be my saviour! My first memory of wearing heels was when i was about 9 yrs old, bear in mind this was the early 90's my mums idea of fashion was coordination, everything had to match.
I remember my mum dressing me in a floral cream denim short suit with matching jacket and to top it off she made me wear cream court shoes to match, of course she thought i looked the business! I on the other hand did not share the same view and as i click clocked down the street i wanted to die! That day we went to visit my gran, usually i looked forward to that the most because i had a lot of friends in the block and i spent most of the time with them playing like children do! However that day was different, as soon as i reached my grans block and saw all my friends running around i tried to hide behind my mum not wanting to be seen i was so embarrassed! It was only a matter of time before my grans front door knocked and i knew i had been spotted! what made it worst was the fact i was forced to go out and play with these hideous shoes on making all kinds of noise. That was the start of my heel fear! It took me a long time to get over it, i am happy to say i love heels now its just a shame i can't walk in them for longer than a minute (OK slight exaggeration but you get my drift)
I have always wanted to be the girl that grabs the heels instead of trainers when going shopping, i don't wanna have to bring a separate bag for my flats on my nights out! Well until such a day comes i can live closer to that dream with the wedge!

Cue my new shoe.........

I love how it zips all the way down to the end

OK I'm not saying i will be wearing this to do my next food shop at Asda but they are so darn comfortable that who knows i might just surprise you! lol
I can't remember how much these babies cost one of the problems when ordering from catalogues but I'm sure i got it for around £30 from Isme my new favourite shopping spot! Like i said these are so comfortable i haven't worn them out the house yet so the comfort thing is just a theory because if i have learnt anything that is try on heels on a hard surface the carpet will always lie to you! Are you feeling the wedge at the moment? xoxo

Why Can't I Be Fat With Small Feet!

I love the black ones

I L.O.V.E

My T.F.B had a shoe crush on these
damn her and her small feet!

So the other day i wondered into River Island and found all these beauties! I had shoegasms all over the place and had to do some ninja tactics trying to get these pictures to you!
I tend to steer clear from shops that don't stock my size as i find it depressing, it's a shame because i always miss out on accessories. My T.F.B is blessed to have a size 3/4 foot so she dragged me in to look at the shoes and O.M.G i almost died and went to shoe heaven, i never knew i could feel that way about shoes i thought it was only food that could stir me so! Trust me when i say there was a lot more shoes but i didn't want to get chucked out of the store for taking pics.
I temporarily lost my mind when i was almost certain that a shoe that zipped up at the front would dare encase my elephant trunk feet, of course i got a rude awakening when reality hit my behind and my purse sighed with relief thinking "phew that was close!"
Ah well thank the lord for Evans and their wide fit shoes, i love how every time i buy shoes from Evans I'm always tricked into believing my feet are small dainty things as i always have to down size!
I can't wait for spring/summer so my feet can breath again and i can indulge in my shoe love that is toe post sandals oh and jellies, tacky i know but every girl needs a bit of tack in their lives! What are you looking forward to wearing spring/summer? xoxo
